The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, has apologized for making new errors while confirming new cases of Coronavirus in Nigeria in its previous report. The NCDC in a series of tweet on its verified official Twitter handle on Sunday, June 7, noted that it erroneously accredited seven new cases to Jigawa State. Police have arrested a seven-year-old boy who is believed to be UK’s youngest dealer, caught trying to supply drugs. The child who cannot be charged as he is under the age of 10 was held for possession with intent to supply an unspecified narcotic. NCDC Boss, Dr Chikwe Ihekweazu The number of health workers who have tested positive for coronavirus (COVID-19) has increased to 812. The Lagos State Government says it has successfully managed and discharged fifteen more recovered COVID-19 patients from its isolation centres. This was revealed on Sunday via the Lagos State Ministry of Health official Twitter handle which noted that the recovered persons tested negative twice to the virus before their discharge.
