Actor Uche Maduagwu expressed deep disappointment and
dissatisfaction with popular Nigerian singer
Davido for allegedly impregnating
a US model named Anita Brown. The news broke when The New Yorker published an
article claiming that Davido was responsible for Brown’s pregnancy and even
provided evidence to support their alleged affair.
Maduagwu, upon hearing the report, couldn’t hide his shock
and disapproval of Davido’s actions. He found it astonishing that Davido, who
could spend exorbitant amounts of money to acquire a customized Maybach, failed
to exercise the most basic precaution by not using a condom, which would have
prevented the scandalous situation he now found himself in.
Infuriated by the revelation, Maduagwu went on to recommend
that the Afrobeats star seek deliverance in a church, emphasizing that Davido
would never achieve the milestone of winning a Grammy award. With a mix of
frustration and disbelief, Maduagwu wrote, questioning how Davido could betray
his wife, Chioma, with whom he shares a child, by involving himself with
another woman.
Maduagwu highlighted the irony of Davido’s lavish spending on
luxury items while neglecting the small cost of a condom, labeling it as a
display of wickedness and insensitivity. He emphasized that Davido’s actions
were so egregious that they surpassed the level of scandalous behavior often
associated with celebrities. Maduagwu strongly believed that Davido required
deliverance and spiritual intervention to address the magnitude of his
wrongdoing.
In conclusion, Maduagwu’s disappointment with Davido was
evident in his scathing remarks. He criticized Davido’s lack of responsibility
and moral judgment, expressing doubt about his future achievements, such as
winning a Grammy award. Maduagwu’s passionate plea for church deliverance
reflected his belief that Davido’s actions were not only morally wrong but also
required a spiritual solution.
