H.E. Senator Monday Okpebholo,
Executive Governor-elect,
Edo State.
My Dear Brother and Excellency,
LETTER OF CONGRATULATION
On behalf of myself and my family, I write as a frontline stakeholder to sincerely salute and congratulate you on your well-deserved victory in the recent gubernatorial election of our dear Edo State, alongside your esteemed deputy, His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Dennis Idahosa.
I would like to particularly commend you for the magnanimity, grace, and humility you have demonstrated by extending an olive branch to your opponents. Such gestures of unity reflect your exceptional character, integrity, and commitment to fostering an inclusive and forward-thinking government.
As a friend and fellow politician, I have closely followed your career and have been deeply impressed by your professional acumen, pragmatism, and clarity of purpose. These qualities are evident in your many accomplishments and are a testament to the steadily rising profile that has now elevated you to the highest political office in Edo State.
Moreover, I have observed with admiration your genuine commitment to leaving lasting footprints on the sands of time. Your dedication to human relationships, without regard to ethnicity, religion, gender, or other divisive factors, stands as a clear hallmark of your leadership, emphasizing hard work and service above all else.
For my family and me, as well as for those who know you, your victory represents a beacon of hope for the socio-economic and political revival of a modern Edo State—one that embodies community, inclusiveness, and shared prosperity.
In light of this, and recognizing that achieving the lofty goals ahead requires collective effort, I would be honored to collaborate with your administration in any capacity that allows me to contribute to the positive transformation of our state. I stand ready to support initiatives that will deepen democratic engagement and enhance the well-being of all Edo citizens.
Please accept my highest regards, as I pray that the Almighty continues to bless you with good health, wisdom, and strength to serve both our state and the nation.
Once more, congratulations, and may God bless you.
Long live Edo State!
Yours sincerely,
Hon. Yakubu Musa, (JP)
