Chief
Oseni Elamah is the Executive Secretary of the Joint Tax Board (JTB); the
Okaoivbiore of Benin Kingdom; the Gimba of Auchi Kingdom, a Knight of the Order
of Saint Mulumba in the Catholic Church, and an alumnus of the Nigerian
Institute of Policy and Strategic Studies and former Executive Chairman of the
Edo State Revenue Service. He joined Topflyers Magazine Award of excellence on
the 7th of December, 2019 for most Outstanding Philanthropist of the year.
