Businessman Olakunle Churchill has confirmed the resolution of his long-standing marital dispute with Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh, describing their reunion as a moment of healing, forgiveness and renewed commitment to co-parenting.
Churchill disclosed this in a post shared on his official Instagram page on Sunday, following Dikeh’s earlier reflection on their past marriage crisis and eventual reconciliation.
He revealed that he recently received a call from their son, King Andre, for the first time, an experience he described as emotional and deeply meaningful.
“I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call from my son, King Andre, for the first time. Hearing him call me ‘Daddy’ was deeply touching,” Churchill wrote, attributing the breakthrough to divine intervention.
He praised Dikeh for her maturity and personal growth, noting that faith played a central role in resolving their differences.
“Faith has a way of bringing clarity, humility and peace. I acknowledge the growth and grace evident in the manner in which this matter has been resolved,” he said.
According to Churchill, both he and his former wife have agreed to put the past behind them and focus on raising their son in a peaceful and supportive environment.
“With God leading, healing and understanding have become possible. Forgiveness has paved the way for a new chapter, and we are moving forward with a sense of peace and mutual respect,” he stated.
He added that their shared priority is now co-parenting with love and care, while expressing appreciation for Dikeh’s dedication as a mother.
“The conflict is behind us, and we are now focused on co-parenting with a shared commitment to raising our son,” Churchill said, thanking Dikeh for her role in Andre’s upbringing.
He concluded by expressing gratitude for the journey so far and optimism about the future, saying he looks forward to continued collaboration and peace as they rebuild their relationship around their child.
