Former Kaduna State Governor Nasir El-Rufai appeared at the Federal High Court in Kaduna on Wednesday ahead of the hearing of his bail application.
The court had earlier adjourned its ruling on the application until today, following proceedings held on Tuesday.
El-Rufai is currently facing a 10-count charge that includes allegations of unlawful conversion and possession of public property, as well as money laundering.
The outcome of the bail hearing is expected to determine the next phase of the legal proceedings against the former governor.
