
The United States National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) has unveiled photographs depicting the location where the helicopter carrying Access Holdings Chief Executive Officer, Herbert Wigwe, crashed.
Wigwe, accompanied by his wife, Doreen, their son, Chizi Wigwe, and former Nigerian Exchange Group Chairman, Abimbola Ogunbanjo, met tragedy when their Airbus EC130 helicopter went down near the California-Nevada border close to Halloran Springs.
The released images, made public subsequent to remarks by NTSB board member Michael Graham detailing the initial investigations conducted at the accident scene, portray NTSB officials surveying the wreckage on-site.
Highlighting the agency’s dedication to a thorough investigation, Graham outlined the activities carried out on the first full day of scrutiny, which included aerial drone mapping and comprehensive documentation of the wreckage.
Furthermore, Graham noted that various electronic devices and onboard equipment were recovered at the scene to undergo further examination and analysis.
