Police Explain Why Seun Kuti Was Handcuffed

The Lagos Police Command of the Nigeria Police Force has

decision to handcuff Seun Kuti, the
renowned Afrobeat singer, who is currently in police custody. Following his

Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department (SCIID) in Panti for further
