Nigerian songbird, Yemi Alade, recently emerged unscathed
from a car accident in
Having escaped the collision with no significant injuries,
the singer recounted that the incident occurred on a Thursday between Barcelona
and Benicassim in Spain, precisely at 12:06 pm.
Using her verified Instagram account to convey her
testimonial, the melodious vocalist shared a brief video snippet, revealing
that the accident only resulted in the loss of a fingernail. She humorously
added that she even managed to make it to an “after-party” shortly
afterward.
In her words, “On the 17th of August, we encountered a
car crash while traveling between Barcelona and Benicassim in Spain at 12:06
noon. Additionally, I faced a minor health concern due to exhaustion, as I had
performed on stage just seven hours after the incident on the same day.
“Surprisingly, I found myself at the ‘after party’
(don’t judge me, my spirit needed positive vibes). Life is meant to be
embraced… I wasn’t keen on sharing this, but unforeseen circumstances pushed
me to do so. However, my faith remained unshaken, thanks to divine
intervention!
“The protection of the Almighty prevailed. I only lost a
nail. The sequence of events was sudden, yet nothing is too abrupt or complex for
the grace of God. His blessings surpass all limitations.”
