The upper chamber of the National Assembly has begun an investigation into the Nigeria Port Authority (NPA) over irregularities in the award of the N7.5 billion contract. At least one person has been killed and many others injured after gunmen attacked the ECWA Church at Gabaciwa village in Kachia Local Government Area of Kaduna State on Sunday morning. As the nation continues to witness high cases of COVID-19 in the third wave, the Federal Government is considering taking some measures against people who refuse to get vaccinated. Counsels to the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu, said they were “practically stripped naked” by officials of the Department of State Service during their visit to the IPOB leader.
