A two-storey residential building in Phase Two, Site Two of the Kubwa area in the Federal Capital Territory of Abuja collapsed early Saturday morning, raising fears that many may be trapped under the rubble.
The incident occurred around 7 am, though details remain sketchy as of now. Rescue efforts are underway, with emergency responders working to locate and assist any individuals who may be trapped.
Nkechi Isa, spokesperson for the FCT Emergency Management Agency, confirmed that their search and rescue team is on the scene, actively working to manage the situation and provide assistance.
